Job summary

UKG, the Workforce Operating Platform, is seeking a Principal, Planning Process to design and lead integrated enterprise planning, aligning long-range, annual, and in-year execution. You’ll partner with Corp FP&A to connect strategy with execution through an integrated process and equip executives with analyses to align investments and outcomes.

You will guide cross-functional planning discussions, develop governance, and improve planning tools, ensuring one coordinated process across functions

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in enterprise strategy, planning, operations, or strategic finance in a SaaS company
• Experience leading enterprise-wide planning cycles and coordinating inputs across functions
• Experience linking long-range planning, annual planning, portfolio prioritization, and in-year performance management in tech/SaaS
• Ability to influence outcomes in a highly matrixed org
• Experience creating executive-ready materials translating inputs into concise insights
• Proven track record collaborating with Corp FP&A and cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Excel modeling and data analytics
• Experience with planning workflow tools and driving adoption
• MBA preferred, consulting background preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end enterprise planning process, governance, milestones, and decision points
• Translate priorities into planning frameworks and analytical requirements
• Analyze plans, identify gaps, risks, and trade-offs for data-driven investment prioritization
• Create executive-ready presentations and concise recommendations
• Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions and document outcomes
• Continuously improve planning processes, tools, and measures
