Kidwell is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to join our Enterprise Physical Security Solutions team serving Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota and Kansas.

You will develop new business, build long-term relationships, and deliver integrated physical security, video surveillance, access control, and AV solutions with a consultative approach.

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, security, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally across Nebraska and surrounding states.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities with enterprise accounts in Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, and Kansas.
• Meet with prospects to understand objectives and propose security technology solutions.
• Present Kidwell’s security, access control, video surveillance, cabling, and AV solutions.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and close deals with consultative selling.
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, and operations teams to craft proposals.
• Represent Kidwell at meetings, events, and industry functions.

Kidwell is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for emerging technologies to join our growing team as an Enterprise Physical Security Solutions Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and helping organizations improve safety, security, and operational efficiency through innovative technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and relationships with enterprise level accounts throughout Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota and Kansas. In doing so, you’ll work alongside one of Midwest’s premier technology integration teams, delivering industry-leading physical security, low-voltage infrastructure, healthcare technology, and audio/visual solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their business objectives, identify technology challenges, and present solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
• Present and demonstrate Kidwell’s physical security, access control, video surveillance, structured cabling, healthcare technology, and audio/visual solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by serving as a trusted technology advisor.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for additional services and future projects.
• Collaborate with Kidwell’s engineering, estimating, and operations teams to develop customized solutions and competitive proposals.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools and consistently achieve activity and revenue goals.
• Build strategic relationships with manufacturer partners and stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Represent Kidwell professionally at customer meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of business‑to‑business sales experience (technology, construction, security, or related industry preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree preferred; equivalent sales or industry experience will be considered.
• A genuine interest in technology and a desire to continuously learn new products and solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal‑oriented with a proven ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and developing a structured sales pipeline.
• Willingness to travel throughout Nebraska with occasional overnight travel.
