Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Project Manager to lead physical security projects across enterprise environments in a Monday–Friday in-office role in Moline, IL. The candidate will drive planning, execution, and delivery of access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of project management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of project management experience with multi-site or enterprise projects.
• Experience leading security integrators, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of physical security projects (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection).
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to design scalable, compliant security systems.
• Ensure installations adhere to standards, codes, and regulations.
• Maintain project documentation and provide leadership updates on status and risks.
• Deliver training programs for local facility teams and leadership.
