Caterpillar Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Payments Architect to define and modernize the enterprise payment architecture for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C across a global commerce ecosystem.

You will own payment architecture, orchestration strategies, and enforce compliance with PCI DSS, NACHA, GDPR, and privacy standards while collaborating with business and technology leaders to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinking to diagnose problems and design data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data architecture for integrating data resources across platforms.
• Ability to map IT blueprint and roadmap to business strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise payment architecture roadmap for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C journeys.
• Lead end‑to‑end payment orchestration across checkout, authentication, settlement, reporting, and disputes.
• Ensure PCI DSS, NACHA, GDPR, and regional regulations are met in payment platforms.
