Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks an Associate Director, Enterprise Operations to translate enterprise priorities into coordinated action. You will partner with the Enterprise Operations Lead to advance governance, execution, and cross-functional alignment across the firm.

You will collaborate with Finance, Talent, IT, Risk, Communications and Lines of Business to drive data-driven decisions, deliver executive-ready reporting, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in operations, business transformation, consulting, or related function.
• Experience leading large-scale complex projects and initiatives and working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise operational strategies and track progress against initiatives.
• Advise business leaders by clarifying needs, structuring issues, and recommending paths forward.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and dependencies to support program delivery.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for governance committees.
