Job summary

Responsibilities

Manage and grow customer relationships with attentive support.
Act as advocate for customers within Red Hat.
Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to prevent issues.
Understand customer technical infrastructures and environments.
Create customer engagement plans and document environments.
Support enterprise customers with automated and containerized cloud app solutions.
Investigate and respond to support requests.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and support to debug and resolve issues.
Contribute to the knowledge base and share best practices.
Travel to visit customers and attend events.
