Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a seasoned OpenShift and Kubernetes Architect to design and implement enterprise container platform solutions across private, public, and hybrid clouds. You will deploy OpenShift clusters, build robust CI/CD pipelines using Tekton, Jenkins, and ArgoCD, and implement service mesh, observability, and secure networking for large-scale workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 10 years of related experience.
• 7 years of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker and container orchestration experience across cloud environments.
• 5 years with OpenShift service mesh, Istio/Linkerd, CI/CD with Jenkins/ArgoCD/OpenShift Pipelines, networking, and observability tools.
• 3 years infrastructure automation with Ansible, Terraform, and scripting (Bash, Golang).
• 2 years Android app design/development with Android SDK/Studio and build tools.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage OpenShift clusters for PoC engagements with Helm charts and Operators.
• Configure service mesh, traffic management, mTLS, and observability for microservices.
• Design CI/CD pipelines enabling automated build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Design container networking with ingress, policies, and CNCF integrations.
• Develop automation for multi-cloud provisioning and cluster lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot OpenShift container platform issues and collaborate across teams.

Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field
