Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
• 10+ years in B2B/industrial new-business or key-account acquisition.
• Experience opening and closing net-new enterprise accounts in industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and develop a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities.
• Execute proactive outreach to generate qualified appointments and net-new business.
• Win net-new accounts and profitable volume, balancing margin and growth.
• Hand landed accounts to the farming team with a clean transition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Pricing, and Finance to ensure profitability.
