Qualifications

• CCNA required; CCNP preferred for senior levels.
• At least 2 years as a Network Engineer.
• Hands-on routing/switching in enterprise networks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication; team player and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, wireless, and security.
• Support deployments, upgrades, migrations, and operational improvements for client or internal environments.
• Analyze requirements and recommend scalable, practical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, project teams, clients, and stakeholders for delivery.
• Create documentation, diagrams, and implementation plans.
• Monitor performance; identify and resolve reliability, capacity, and security issues.
• Provide tech support during planning, testing, and post-deployment phases.
• Communicate clearly in meetings and updates; maintain cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with networking tech and pursue continuous learning.
• Travel occasionally within the United States as needed.
