Job summary

Charter Communications, operating Spectrum, seeks a Mid-Market Sales Engineer II to evaluate customer requirements and design cost-effective network solutions including Fiber Internet Access, Private Networking, Voice and Cloud services. You will present proposals and support sales initiatives to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or telecommunications or equivalent training/experience.
• 5+ years of sales engineering and networking experience in telecom/service provider industry.
• Strong knowledge of converged multimedia applications and networking protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer requirements and design cost-effective network solutions.
• Prepare pre-sale designs and cost analyses with engineering teams.
• Lead technical proposals for SpectrumBusiness products and services to guide integration.
