Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Networking Services Manager to own and operate our enterprise network services across corporate offices, manufacturing facilities, and remote locations. The role emphasizes reliability, security, and service-level alignment with governance standards.

You will report to the Associate Director, Global Network Services, and oversee incident management, change coordination, lifecycle execution, and MSP performance to ensure optimal service delivery in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a tech field.
• 6+ years delivering and operating enterprise network services.
• Experience with ITSM-based service delivery and governance.
• Strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge and incident/change management.
• Experience with MSP/vendor governance and service delivery.
• Ability to lead within security/compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise network services and ensure availability, performance, and reliability.
• Align operations with service levels, governance, and SOPs.
• Guide service delivery using ITIL practices and governance standards.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management for network services.
• Lead capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Escalate major incidents and drive RCA actions.
• Govern MSP delivery and ensure SLA/KPIs are met.
• Coordinate lifecycle initiatives and hardware refreshes.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Cybersecurity teams.
