FireMon, a leader in network security policy control, seeks a Solutions Architect to drive presales and post-sales engagements. You will architect and implement client-focused solutions, focusing on ServiceNow integrations, API management, and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience.
• Five or more years of business analysis and consulting experience relating to enterprise software implementation and change management.
• Five or more years of experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to process improvement and implementation methodology to deliver value quickly.
• Provide thought leadership on API integration for Automation and Workflow.
• Be an expert in proposed solution implementations and LOE estimates.
• Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align tech with business initiatives.
• Partner with users to define problems and align technical solutions.
• Develop and manage requirements gathering and design documentation for projects.
• Review system test plans and applications to ensure successful cycles.
• Collaborate with end-users to test scenarios and verify requirements.
• Serve as a functional/technical resource and estimate LOE and durations for projects.
• Build architecture best practices.
