Job summary

Concept Plus, LLC is seeking a Network Administrator to support enterprise network operations, security, and infrastructure sustainment within an integrated IT environment. You will manage routing, switching, wireless, and firewall integration while ensuring secure connectivity across LAN/WAN and cloud-based resources.

The role emphasizes ICAM integration (Okta, Azure AD), STIG/NIST-aligned controls, and Tier III escalation to resolve complex incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of network administration experience.
• Strong expertise in enterprise networking and security.
• Familiarity with cloud networking and ICAM solutions.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• DoD IAT Level I (Security+) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routing, switching, wireless, and firewall integration.
• Administer LAN/WAN connectivity, VLANs, routing protocols, and segmentation.
• Configure and maintain network access controls (ACLs, VPNs, TACACS, RADIUS, 802.1x).
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and sustain network security controls per STIGs, NIST, and Zero Trust.
• Support ICAM integration (Okta, Azure AD) to enforce authentication and access policies.
• Provide Tier III escalation support for network incidents and outages.
• Maintain configuration baselines, SOPs, and network diagrams; participate in on-call duties.
