Job summary

The Network Operations Center team seeks network administrators to coordinate deployments, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of the agency’s critical enterprise architecture. You will partner with Network, Security, and IT groups to resolve issues and deliver technical solutions.

Key duties include SD-WAN deployment, PKI lifecycle management, secure authentication services, and maintaining network documentation. Some fieldwork may be required, including onsite support and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise network infrastructure environments.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting switches and wireless access points.
• Experience with SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily/weekly assignments for deployment, support, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Work with Network, Security, and IT staff to resolve problems and provide technical solutions.
• Provide progress and deliverables updates to the project manager.
• Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
• Support SD-WAN, PKI, and secure authentication deployments and upgrades.
