Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Coursework/training in information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Experience: IS Communications Specialist II with 2+ years in network installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Licenses: California Driver's License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and fault isolate the county enterprise network.
• Provide training or lead teams on project assignments as needed.
• Participate in on-call capacity after working hours.
• Define and implement system infrastructure and solutions.
• Respond to user issues and document resolutions; coordinate with vendors.
