Job summary
Bayforce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure for reliable, scalable performance.
The role involves WAN, LAN, WLAN, and cloud networking, plus cross-functional collaboration with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams, and mentoring junior engineers. The position targets hands-on contributors able to lead troubleshooting, optimize capacity, and participate in site upgrades and disaster recovery exercises.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of network engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation and travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain WAN, LAN, WLAN, and cloud network solutions to support enterprise needs.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex network issues and outages.
- Monitor and optimize network performance, capacity, and availability.
- Assist in network design for new sites and upgrades.
- Execute deployment, configuration, and testing activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
