Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical support and incident resolution.
• Install/configure network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Monitor performance and address issues with vendors/IT teams.
• Maintain Cisco telephony systems and network security per standards.
• Document incidents, changes, and inventory; generate reports.
• Support network operations and participate in change control.
