Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Network Support Engineer to support large-scale plant operations across North America. This role will deploy and maintain LAN infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions, delivering reliable, high-performance networking environments.

You will perform hands-on network configuration, proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization within a Cisco-centric environment, collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

2–5 years supporting enterprise network environments.
Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Zabbix, PagerDuty, Site24x7, Nagios).
Cisco-based environments (routers, firewalls, WLAN).
Scripting or automation experience (Python, Perl, Terraform).
Fortune 500 industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Plan, deploy, configure, document network solutions in complex environments.
Support LAN infrastructure and cybersecurity deployments across plant environments.
Monitor networks, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize reliability and availability.
Maintain Cisco WAN/LAN/WLAN infrastructure (routers, firewalls, wireless).
Escalate and document root causes, coordinating with business teams.
