• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience implementing and supporting large-scale, multi-vendor networks.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, Check Point firewalls, Zscaler security solutions.
• Experience with LAN/WAN technologies, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of change management processes and operational controls.
• Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to support after-hours maintenance and critical incidents.

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support and evolve a complex enterprise networking environment while contributing to broader infrastructure modernization initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring network reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence across global environments. In addition to core networking responsibilities, this position will have opportunities to participate in infrastructure automation and emerging AI-driven technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong experience supporting enterprise networks, cloud connectivity, network security, and infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Partner with internal teams and technology vendors to deliver network deployments, upgrades, and strategic projects.
• Maintain high levels of network availability, performance, resiliency, and security.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless technologies, load balancers, and proxy services.
• Manage infrastructure upgrades, technology refreshes, and system implementation projects.
• Perform network operations activities including incident management, problem resolution, root cause analysis, and change management.
• Evaluate network performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Support network security initiatives and ensure adherence to security best practices and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network and connectivity issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and status reporting.
• Collaborate on infrastructure automation, modernization, and emerging AI-related technology projects.
• Work with a managed SD-WAN environment provided through a third-party service partner and help ensure optimal network performance and connectivity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience implementing and supporting large-scale, multi-vendor network environments.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cisco networking technologies
• Check Point firewalls
• Zscaler security solutions
• Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Experience with LAN/WAN technologies, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of change management processes and operational controls.
• Experience utilizing network monitoring and analysis tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support after-hours maintenance, upgrades, and critical infrastructure incidents when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with managed SD-WAN environments.
• Experience supporting Cisco NAC solutions.
• Knowledge of network automation and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Experience with Python, Perl, or other scripting and automation languages.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation initiatives within infrastructure or operations environments.
