AdventHealth in Davenport, Florida is seeking an Enterprise Network Analyst to deploy and support mission-critical network infrastructure, including route/switch, security concepts, and wireless technologies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor, diagnose, and document root causes, and help plan cost-effective solutions for scalability and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding and implementing LAN/WAN networks (OSI, TCP/IP, subnetting, DHCP, Ethernet).
• Experience with Cisco platforms (Catalyst, ASR/ISR).
• Experience with Wireless Controllers and management systems.
• Technical writing is preferred.
• Project management of network-related projects is preferred.
• Experience with Cisco Voice, Nexus, ISE, ASA, and Palo Alto Firewalls is preferred.
• Experience producing predictive surveys for wireless coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deploy network-related projects with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor, optimize, and diagnose network systems; document root causes and resolutions.
• Recommend cost-effective network solutions for capacity and performance needs.
• Document projects and support issues for reference by team and management.
• Complete incidents and requests per organizational requirements.
• Share knowledge with team members to improve skills and cohesion.
• Provide status updates to team manager and during meetings.
• Support deployment of infrastructure network topology, security, and connectivity.
• Perform network administration tasks including installation and onboarding of devices.
