Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Network Administrator with deep expertise in Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN, NGFWs, Aruba APs and switches, and Azure networking to manage multi-site network infrastructure and security architecture.

The role emphasizes secure, reliable network operations, cloud and on-premises integration, and cross-functional collaboration to design and implement network changes. Orlando-based, full-time position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
5+ years of network administration experience focusing on Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN, NGFWs, Aruba APs/switches, Azure networking, and Zscaler.
PCNSE/PCNSA/ACSP/ZCCP certifications or equivalent preferred.
Experience with SD-WAN, NGFWs, and cloud networking security.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Palo Alto NGFWs, including policies, NAT, VPNs, routing, threat prevention, URL filtering, and app controls.
Implement Prisma SD-WAN for secure, scalable connectivity across remote locations.
Monitor firewall performance, security events, and logs; respond to incidents.
Perform upgrades, backups, HA management, and lifecycle maintenance.
Configure Aruba APs and switches for optimal performance.
Manage Azure networking infrastructure.
Troubleshoot Zscaler cloud security solutions and enforce access policies.
Document configurations, policies, and processes.
Provide end-user technical support as needed.
