Job summary

Scooter's Coffee is seeking a Network Administrator to maintain enterprise network infrastructure across stores, offices, and distribution centers. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and support deployments to ensure reliable connectivity.

The role requires 5–7+ years of experience with TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, and security best practices, plus hands‑on Cisco/Meraki equipment. Travel up to 20% and on‑call duty may be required.

Qualifications

• 5‑7+ years of experience supporting and administering enterprise‑level network environments.
• Experience with network monitoring, alerting, and ticketing systems.
• Strong knowledge of security best practices and PCI DSS compliance.
• Experience with Cisco/Meraki equipment is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and participate in on‑call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate network infrastructure across stores, offices, and distribution centers.
• Monitor network performance and connectivity across locations and escalate issues as needed.
• Troubleshoot VPN, connectivity, and hardware issues affecting end users.
• Assist with network installations, upgrades, and changes.
• Document configurations, diagrams, and SOPs for the network.
• Respond to Zendesk tickets and provide timely technical support.
• Ensure PCI DSS compliance across all locations and systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for circuit issues and hardware replacements.
• Apply security best practices and enforce established configurations.
• Provide after‑hours on‑call support as needed.
• Travel to franchise and corporate locations to support network needs.
