Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Network Administrator to support performance, reliability, and security of our enterprise network across offices nationwide. Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network administration, network engineering, or similar infrastructure-focused role.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networking.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise switches and firewalls.

Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise switches, firewalls, routers, wireless access points, and related network infrastructure.
• Administer firewall configurations, policies, access controls, firmware updates, and VPN connectivity.
• Manage and troubleshoot internet circuits and connectivity across multiple Atwell offices.
• Configure and support VLANs, routing, switching, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and other core networking technologies.
• Monitor wireless infrastructure and optimize connectivity, performance, and coverage.
• Maintain network configurations and standards across Atwell’s distributed office environment.
• Support VMware and other virtual networking environments as needed.
• Monitor network health, availability, capacity, and performance using enterprise tools.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and identify root causes.
• Travel to Atwell offices as needed for implementations and upgrades.
