Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in money movement, payments, data analytics, systems analysis, or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of money movement systems, payment rails, transaction flows, products, platforms, and channels.
• Experience building or leading complex data products or enterprise data repositories.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and ongoing management of the Enterprise Money Movement fact base data product.
• Create an integrated view of money movement across client segments, products, systems, rails, channels, and data sources.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Data Office to collect, organize, validate, and connect data from diverse teams.
• Develop detailed mappings of money movement journeys, data sources, and ownership.
• Establish data structures, governance, and taxonomies to support a reliable enterprise view.
• Assess data quality and address gaps with data owners.
• Synthesize large datasets into insights, findings, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize money movement and prioritize investments.
• Present findings and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders across functions.
