U.S. Bank is seeking an Enterprise Money Movement Analytics & Operations Lead to build and enhance a foundational data product that provides an integrated view of how money moves across the Enterprise.

The role leads data collection, mapping, integration, and analysis from multiple business lines to deliver decision-ready insights for senior executives. The ideal candidate combines deep money movement expertise with advanced analytics, data mapping, systems analysis, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in money movement, payments, data analytics, or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of money movement systems, rails, and transactional workflows.
• Experience building or leading complex data products or enterprise data stores.
• Advanced experience handling large, disparate datasets to derive business insights.
• Ability to connect client journeys, processes, products, systems, and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and ongoing management of the Enterprise Money Movement fact base data product.
• Create an integrated view of money movement across client segments and channels.
• Collaborate with data offices and platform owners to collect, validate, and connect data.
• Develop mappings of money movement journeys, data sources, and ownership.
• Establish data structures, standards, taxonomies, and governance practices.
• Assess data quality and address gaps with data owners.
• Synthesize datasets into insights, findings, and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize money movement and investments.
• Present findings and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Technology, Operations, Data, Risk, and Finance to align requirements.
