U.S. Bank seeks an Enterprise Money Movement Analytics & Operations Lead to build and enhance the enterprise money movement data product. You will connect money movement data with client journeys, products, and systems, guiding strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will lead data collection, mapping, integration, and analysis across business lines and corporate functions, shaping future investments and modernization efforts with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in money movement, payments, data analytics, or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of money movement systems, payment rails, and transaction flows.
• Experience building or leading complex data products and enterprise data repositories.
• Advanced experience with large, complex datasets to identify relationships and implications.
• Ability to connect client journeys, processes, products, and underlying data.
• Experience producing decision-ready findings for senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify optimization and investment opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Ability to operate independently and lead teams in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and ongoing management of the Enterprise Money Movement data product.
• Create an integrated view of money movement across client segments and systems.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Data Office to collect, organize, and validate data from multiple teams.
• Develop detailed mappings of money movement journeys, data sources, and ownership.
• Establish data structures, standards, taxonomies, and governance for the data base.
• Assess data quality and address gaps with data owners.
• Synthesize large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize money movement and guide investments.
• Present findings to senior business, product, technology, and operations stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align requirements with systems and data.
