U.S. Bank is seeking an Enterprise Money Movement Analytics & Operations Lead to build, maintain, and enhance a comprehensive data product that provides an integrated view of how money moves across the enterprise.

You will lead data collection, mapping, and analysis from diverse lines of business to deliver a reliable enterprise view and guide strategic investments. The role requires deep money movement domain expertise, advanced data analytics, and strong leadership to translate complex data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in money movement, payments, data analytics, or related disciplines.
• Deep knowledge of money movement systems, payment rails, and client journeys across multiple segments.
• Experience building or leading complex data products and enterprise data repositories.
• Ability to connect client journeys, processes, products, and data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and ongoing management of the Enterprise Money Movement fact base data product.
• Create an integrated view of money movement across client segments, systems, platforms, and rails.
• Collaborate with data office and business teams to collect, organize, and connect data.
• Develop detailed mappings of journeys, data sources, and ownership.
• Establish governance, definitions, and taxonomies for data quality and usability.
• Synthesize large datasets into insights, visualizations, and actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across functions.
