You will oversee SDLC, set engineering standards, and mentor engineers to achieve high performance and reliable mobile solutions across iOS, Android, and cross‑platform platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with mobile app development.
• 3+ years leading software engineers or delivery teams.
• Experience with native or cross‑platform frameworks (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Ionic).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mobile developers for enterprise iOS, Android and cross‑platform apps.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, training and coaching.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and engineering excellence.
• Ensure skills and capacity meet current commitments and future needs.
• Oversee SDLC across projects: initiation, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation.
• Monitor capital and expense budgets.
• Provide guidance on architecture, APIs, security, cloud, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Cloud, UX/UI, Data teams.
