Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Broad, hands-on expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem with depth in security, Power Platform, Copilot, collaboration tools, Intune, and Fabric
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into secure, practical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop reference architectures and roadmaps treating Microsoft as a single connected platform
• Lead technology assessments, proofs-of-concept, and vendor evaluations
• Mentor engineers and architects and present strategy to senior leadership
• Direct the strategy and adoption of the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
• Establish standards and an operating model for secure, scalable development
• Identify low-code opportunities to replace manual processes
• Define and lead Copilot adoption across Microsoft 365
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and govern responsible rollout
• Partner with security to manage data access, risk, and compliance for AI tools
• Establish enterprise approach to Microsoft Fabric including data integration and analytics
• Collaborate with data teams to align Fabric with platform strategy
• Maintain security-conscious lens across Microsoft stack including Defender, Entra ID, Purview
• Support Zero Trust, secure collaboration, and endpoint solutions
• Ensure regulatory, operational, and security requirements are met
• Provide architecture leadership for Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Advance communication, knowledge sharing, and productivity
• Maintain core productivity services as a stable foundation
• Lead Unified Endpoint Management and device platforms (Intune)
