Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pursuing a graduate degree in an accredited college or university preferred.
• Pursuing a Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to plan assignments and resolve operational issues.
• Under supervision, provide professional services aligned with day-to-day objectives and receive mentorship from senior staff.
• Participate in projects and programs to develop professional skills and expertise for the organization.
• Contribute to planning and implementation of unit projects and initiatives within your area of expertise.
• Conduct research and reporting with recommendations or alternative proposals for action as requested.
• Engage in related studies or enrichment programs to meet specific objectives of the unit.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
