Job summary

Maximus seeks a Mac Engineering Manager to build and scale an enterprise Mac platform alongside Windows, using Iru/Kandji. You will own the program end-to-end, set strategy, lead the team, and ensure Macs meet security, compliance, and support standards across the fleet.

The role is remote with on-site availability in Bloomington, MN as needed, requiring enterprise Mac leadership and collaboration with Security, Identity, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 5+ years in endpoint management or end user computing.
• 5+ years leading engineers or technical teams.
• Proven experience running an enterprise Mac program alongside Windows.
• Working knowledge of Iru or Kandji, Jamf Pro, or a comparable Apple MDM.
• Understanding of Apple Business Manager and macOS security/integration with Entra ID.
• Strong communication with technical staff and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mac platform roadmap from pilot through enterprise rollout and ongoing operations.
• Lead, hire, and develop Mac engineering staff as adoption grows.
• Define Mac standards for security, configuration, software, and lifecycle in partnership with Security, Identity, and Compliance.
• Test and track program eligibility within the environment.
• Ensure Macs meet audit and regulatory requirements and evidence is ready.
