Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Mac Engineering Manager to own and drive an enterprise Mac platform alongside existing Windows environments. You will set the strategy, lead the team, and ensure Macs meet security, compliance, and support standards across the fleet.

This remote role requires occasional on-site presence in Bloomington, Minnesota, and candidate must have a track record of running enterprise Mac programs. Strong leadership and vendor management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years managing endpoint or Mac programs at an enterprise scale.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mac platform roadmap from pilot through enterprise rollout and ongoing operations.
• Lead, hire, and develop Mac engineering staff as adoption grows.
• Define Mac standards for security, configuration, software, and lifecycle with Security/Identity/Compliance.
• Test and track program eligibility and ensure audit/regulatory readiness.
• Build the Mac support model with the Service Desk and create runbooks and escalation paths.
• Manage Iru vendor relationship, licensing, and Apple Business Manager administration.
• Coordinate Mac work with Windows/Intune/VDI teams for a consistent user experience.
