Job summary

Rain is seeking an Account Manager to own loyalty and rewards partnerships from kickoff through growth in New York City. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, BD, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver multi-month programs that meet agreed success metrics.

You will manage a five-program portfolio (potentially growing to ten) with a focus on accuracy, clear communication, and timely launches.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in account management or related roles.
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder programs to deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work without a playbook.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale relationship for a portfolio of loyalty and rewards partners from kickoff through launch and growth.
• Translate a signed deal into a concrete program: earn structures, redemption catalogs, offer strategy, funding model, and success metrics.
• Run launches as a project manager: build plan, drive timeline, chase blockers, keep stakeholders aligned.
