Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years in Linux/AIX administration and patch management.
• Strong hands-on patching on AIX and Linux in enterprise environments.
• Experience with BigFix or similar patch-management platforms.
• Familiar with CVEs, advisories, and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Perform enterprise patching and remediation across Linux and AIX servers.
• Analyze vulnerability reports to identify affected systems and versions.
• Review CVEs and advisories to determine fixes.
• Use BigFix to deploy, monitor, and report patches.
• Coordinate with application, security, and vendor teams during remediation.
• Maintain patch compliance within maintenance windows and SLAs.
