Job summary

Mythic is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to design and scale our enterprise-wide contract and corporate records systems, establishing governance frameworks and paving the way for public company readiness.

You will lead the CLM implementation (Ironclad/Agiloft/DocuSign CLM), manage corporate records, and build scalable workflows for contract intake, review, approval, and obligations tracking, working with finance, IT, HR, and procurement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate paralegal, legal operations, or similar role.
• At least 3 years building or scaling legal systems.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience administering an enterprise CLM platform.
• Experience with multi-entity governance and board support; multi-jurisdictional governance a plus.
• Experience with IPO readiness, SEC filings, SOX controls, and disclosure policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an enterprise-wide CLM platform with taxonomy, templates, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain centralized corporate records system covering entity management and board materials.
• Develop scalable workflows for contract intake, review, approval routing, execution, and post-execution obligations tracking.
• Support SOX-compliant processes and IPO readiness programs.
• Maintain corporate entity database and manage filings across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, procurement, HR, and business units to integrate legal systems.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility on contract status and spend.
• Draft and roll out internal policies, playbooks, and training on contract execution and records retention.
• Manage relationships with legal technology vendors and outside counsel.
