Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent combination.
- 3+ years in a systems administrator role in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Azure cloud, Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, and VMware.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain servers, endpoints, and cloud resources; respond to incidents.
- Configure and manage Azure, Intune, SCCM, and Entra ID environments.
- Develop runbooks, document processes, and ensure security/compliance.
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
