Job summary

Arizona Superior Court in Pima County is seeking a Systems Infrastructure professional to design, plan, and implement the installation and configuration of the court IT network, communications infrastructure, and computer systems across court locations. This classified role reports to the Manager, Systems Infrastructure and Networking and focuses on daily support and maintenance.

The position includes disaster recovery planning, capacity planning, security and software updates, and coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field and 5 years of network operations experience.
• Arizona driver’s license required at time of appointment.
• Strong communication with diverse court stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develops procedures to maintain ongoing computing needs and ensures documentation is accurate.
• Creates capacity and disaster recovery plans for infrastructure.
• Assists in establishing and justifying operating and investment budgets.
• Provides cost and time estimates for new requirements and ensures smooth transition to production.
• Administers Office 365 and manages user accounts and security.
• Maintains virtual server deployments and upgrades.
