Job summary

Global-Enterprise-Services, LL seeks a Delivery Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA to lead enterprise IT delivery for the DTRA I3TS program. You will orchestrate IT modernization, infrastruture upgrades, and major deployments across engineering, PMO, and operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and experience managing large federal IT projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• 8+ years in a Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager or equivalent leadership role on a federal government contract.
• Experience delivering large, complex IT/infrastructure projects with cost, schedule, and performance accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, operations, PMO, and mission stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery across multiple program initiatives to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate activities of PMO, engineering, and operations for resource alignment and execution.
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches and ITIL-based service management across programs.
• Develop and deliver program performance reporting, including status reports and executive briefings.
• Drive risk mitigation strategies and corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders and provide clear program visibility to senior leadership.
