Job summary

Global Enterprise Services, Llc is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead enterprise IT program delivery at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role drives IT modernization, infrastructure upgrades, and complex project execution while coordinating across engineering, PMO, and operations teams.

Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship are required. You will manage cost, schedule, risks, and performance, implementing Agile/Waterfall and ITIL practices to ensure mission-critical outcomes for DTRA.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• 8+ years in PM/PMO leadership on federal contracts with delivery accountability.
• Experience leading large, complex projects in enterprise IT/infrastructure.
• Strong background coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution across multiple program initiatives to meet objectives.
• Deliver IT modernization efforts, facility relocations, and reporting.
• Provide oversight to ensure cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Coordinate PM and engineering leads for resources and plans.
• Ensure alignment with contract requirements, AQLs, and standards.
• Promote Agile and Waterfall delivery with ITIL service management.
• Develop program performance reporting and executive briefings.
• Lead collaboration across engineering, operations, and stakeholders.
• Drive metrics and risk mitigation through program reviews and dashboards.
