• 3+ years of experience leading teams in technical implementation or enterprise integrations.
• Experience bridging technical, commercial, and customer needs in healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare workflows preferred.
• Strong communication across stakeholders including senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Technical Implementation Specialists to deliver enterprise integrations.
• Identify risks, capacity constraints, and performance gaps early and act to address them.
• Improve processes, tooling, training, and content with cross-functional partners.
• Use data to drive prioritization, capacity planning and continuous improvement.
• Foster ownership, learning, and high performance across the team.
• Support high-stakes client and internal escalations with trust, urgency, and accountability.
