Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Integration Engineer to design, develop, and implement integration solutions leveraging AWS cloud technologies and modern DevSecOps practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud architecture, messaging middleware, API integration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development, testing, implementation, and evaluation of complex integration solutions in an Agile environment.
  • Design and implement integration architectures using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, EC2, Storage, migration servicesli>
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Provide programming support using NodeJS, Python, or Java for integration workflows.
  • Configure and manage messaging-based middleware and API integration technologies.
  • Create alerts and monitoring dashboards for metrics and logs.
  • Ensure security compliance through IAM roles, Kerberos, authorization, and encryption standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements for development and maintenance processes.
  • Compile and maintain technical documentation, including use cases and scripts.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • May require extended work hours, on-call status, and occasional travel (up to 15%).
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies (Lambda, EC2, RDS, Storage, migration services).
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • Proficiency in NodeJS, Python, or Java and JSON/XML data formats.

  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD tools (GitLab/Jenkins).
  • Ability to create monitoring dashboards and implement security measures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with IBM ACE/WebSphere MQ, API-SG/MQ/MFT.
  • Agile project experience and participation in daily scrums.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and enterprise messaging systems.
