We are seeking an experienced Integration DevOps Lead to drive CI/CD automation, platform engineering, and DevOps best practices for enterprise integration environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting integration platforms, automating deployment processes, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across development and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps initiatives for enterprise integration platforms and middleware environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integration applications and services.
• Automate build, deployment, monitoring, and release management processes.
• Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and version control practices.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to streamline software delivery.
• Support platform reliability, performance optimization, and environment management.
• Develop and maintain deployment scripts, automation tools, and operational documentation.
• Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and environment-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and DevOps best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Release Management roles.
• Strong expertise with enterprise integration platforms, preferably TIBCO.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
• Strong experience with source control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, and SVN.
• Scripting experience using Shell, Maven, Ant, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with SQL and database environments.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise integration ecosystems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
