Job summary

Human Rights Watch is seeking an Integration Manager to lead the Integrations Team, driving end-to-end integration across Salesforce, NetSuite, UltiPro, and other systems using Dell Boomi. You will guide architecture, design, and data flows while ensuring compliance and secure operations for HRW’s global operations.

Responsibilities include leading the integration team, coordinating with CRM and ERP groups, and delivering scalable, maintainable enterprise integrations with strong SDLC governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Dell Boomi Associate Developer or equivalent integration certification
• Salesforce Administrator or App Builder certification (preferred)
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end integration strategy across core platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, UltiPro) and third‑party systems.
• Lead Integrations Team with technical guidance and performance oversight.
• Collaborate with CRM/ERP teams to maintain architectural integrity across enterprise systems.
• Ensure security, compliance, and SDLC standards for all integrations.
• Create reusable Boomi frameworks and standardized error handling, logging, and retry patterns.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and enterprise data standards across integrations.
• Manage SDLC, change management, and release pipelines for integration components.
• Mentor team members and promote cross-functional knowledge sharing.
