Job summary

Harvey is seeking an Integrations Engineer, Enterprise Systems to design, implement, and monitor integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, CPQ, and other business apps. You will build data pipelines, automate workflows, and ensure data quality with a focus on reliability and scalability.

You will collaborate with Finance, GTM, People Ops, and IT to translate business needs into durable technical solutions, write scripts, and monitor production readiness while guiding less mature systems

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in integration engineering, software engineering, business systems engineering, or a related backend systems role.
• Hands‑on experience with an iPaaS platform (e.g. Workato) to build or maintain integrations across enterprise SaaS systems.
• Understanding of modern API patterns and authentication concepts (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, OAuth, SAML, SCIM).
• Ability to write scripts in Python or JavaScript to handle transformations and automation logic.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and systematic approach to logs, data mismatches, and edge cases.
• Ability to communicate tradeoffs to non‑technical stakeholders and push back when needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between core enterprise systems including Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite, Workday, Marketo, Snowflake, and related applications.
• Develop data pipelines, workflow automations, and reverse ETL‑style syncs for trusted data across teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration designs, data mappings, and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot data sync issues, API failures, and workflow exceptions across multiple systems.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, alerting, validation, rollback, and documentation for critical workflows.
• Collaborate with Finance and GTM systems on Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, and billing workflows.
• Partner with People Ops and IT on employee lifecycle data movement and identity‑adjacent processes.
• Document designs, dependencies, runbooks, and operational procedures for scaling beyond heroics.
• Support platform standards for API usage, data modeling, monitoring, and production readiness.
