SDLC & Release Management
  • Manage the full SDLC for integration‑related development, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑production support.
  • Ensure all integration changes follow HRW’s formal change management, documentation, and approval processes.
  • Coordinate with other EA teams to sequence work across releases, minimize disruption, and ensure smooth system interactions.
  • Manage integration environments across development, testing, and production, ensuring deployment pipelines are controlled, predictable, and compliant with SDLC standards.
  • Oversee QA processes for all integration updates, ensuring accuracy, performance, and data security before deployment.
  • Act as an escalation point for integration‑related issues, partnering with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex cross‑system challenges.
  • Manage post‑deployment validation and continuous optimization of integrations.
Security, Compliance & Audit Readiness
  • Ensure all integration processes comply with HRW’s data privacy, security, and governance standards; particularly for sensitive human rights, financial, and donor data.
  • Implement best practices for API security, encryption, monitoring, and access controls.
  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation for integration processes and system changes.
