Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join our IT Software Engineering and Architecture group.

The role focuses on building and delivering complex integrations across Workday, Oracle Cloud, and Boomi, leveraging a cloud-native, serverless stack and DevOps practices. You will design, develop, test, and support integration patterns between HR/payroll systems, ERP modules, and third-party providers, ensuring secure, scalable data flows.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent or proven years of experience.
• Total of 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration development.
• Experience working within an Agile team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and test technical integrations across Workday, Oracle Cloud, Boomi, and other platforms.
• Design, implement, and optimize complex integration patterns between HR/Payroll/Benefits systems and ERP modules.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, OIC, and Boomi connectors; ensure security and reliability.
