Job summary

Neura Robotics is expanding its ERP team into a full Enterprise Application Team. The role shapes the architecture of the company’s landscape, setting guardrails for system connections and avoiding shadow IT.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience building and evolving enterprise architectures in heterogeneous system landscapes.
• Experience with multiple application types (ERP, CRM, BI, MES, PLM) is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, middleware concepts, and API architectures.
• Hands-on skills implementing integrations are a plus but not required.
• Strong pragmatism: prefer secure solutions over theoretical perfection.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills: set standards without relying on hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Define reference architectures and binding standards for system connections and integration approaches.
• Be the early sparring partner for new integrations or tools, not an approval gate.
• Maintain a living overview of systems and data flows across ERP, CRM, BI, AI, MES, PLM.
• Evaluate new tools from an architectural perspective to avoid uncontrolled connections.
• Collaborate with ERP AI Engineer and Digital Transformation to align architecture with AI strategy.
