Job summary

Synechron, a global technology consulting firm, seeks a skilled Business/System Analyst to drive enterprise application integrations across platforms, translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specs.

The role collaborates with stakeholders, engineers, QA, and vendors to define integration needs, analyze systems, and ensure data exchange meets enterprise standards. Experience with .NET/C#, REST, AWS, Salesforce, and ERP integrations is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and distributed systems.
Ability to read and understand C# code, API specs, and logs.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid software development.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document integration requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for APIs and data flows.
Review API specifications and interface contracts.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure scalable integrations.
Support testing, deployment, and post-release support.
