We are seeking a skilled Business/System Analyst to support the analysis, design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise application integrations. The ideal candidate will understand both business processes and technical systems, with experience translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

This role will collaborate with business stakeholders, software engineers, architects, QA teams, and external vendors to define integration requirements, analyze system capabilities, document workflows, and ensure successful data exchange across enterprise platforms. Experience with .NET/C#, event-driven architecture, REST APIs, AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and/or SAP is highly desirable.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Las Vegas, NV is $85K - $100K & benefits (see below).

The Role
Responsibilities:
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for enterprise integrations.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, system specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
  • Analyze existing systems, applications, APIs, data flows, and integration interfaces.
  • Define integration requirements between internal systems and third-party platforms.
  • Work with development teams to clarify technical requirements and support implementation decisions involving .NET and C# applications.
  • Review API specifications, OpenAPI/Swagger documentation, payload structures, authentication methods, and interface contracts.
  • Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure integrations are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Support the definition of data models, integration contracts, event schemas, and message structures.
  • Identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, constraints, and impacts associated with integration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, acceptance criteria, test data, and expected integration outcomes.
  • Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Support troubleshooting by analyzing logs, messages, API responses, transaction flows, and system behavior.
  • Validate data synchronization and reconciliation across integrated systems.
  • Assist with release planning, deployment coordination, production validation, and post-release support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Integration Analyst.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and distributed systems.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements for system-to-system integrations.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, XML, and HTTP-based communication.
  • Knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous integration models.
  • Understanding of messaging and integration patterns, including queues, topics, publish/subscribe, routing, retries, and dead-letter queues.
  • Familiarity with applications and services developed using .NET and C#.
  • Ability to read and understand basic C# code, API specifications, integration logs, and technical documentation.
  • Experience creating process flows, system diagrams, data mappings, and functional specifications.
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid software development environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent.
Preferred skills:
  • Experience analyzing or supporting cloud-based integrations, preferably on AWS.
  • Understanding of cloud security, monitoring, logging, scalability, and availability considerations.
  • Experience supporting or documenting Salesforce integrations.
