Job summary

Synechron seeks an Integration Developer to design, develop, and lead enterprise integration solutions across applications, platforms, APIs, databases, cloud services, and external systems. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, define integration standards, and mentor teams in Las Vegas.

The role focuses on building scalable, secure integrations, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns while collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
  • Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
  • Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience in custom enterprise integrations across multiple applications and platforms.
  • Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, IBM Integration Bus, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with SQL Server and database design concepts.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

We are seeking an experienced Integration Developer to design, develop, and lead enterprise integration solutions across applications, platforms, APIs, databases, cloud services, and external systems.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership, define integration architecture standards, guide development teams, and ensure that integrations are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with business and technology objectives. This role will work closely with product owners, enterprise architects, security teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Las Vegas, NV is $95K - $105K & benefits (see below).

The Role

  • Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
